There is no such thing as a free lunch

Almost nothing is for free: If someone is offering you a free lunch, a free seminar, or a free weekend, he or she is trying to sell you something. The person will deny it, but he or she is luring you to a hotel meeting room, a restaurant, or an office for a reason -- and that reason is not to feed you; it is to sell you something.
